I don't understand why they let level three sex offenders free. They are sick people that can't be rehabilitated. Study after study has shown this. My heart is aching right now. As I was getting breakfast ready for the kids the news was on the radio. A six year old boy was raped in a reading room just a few feet away from his mother inside a public library by a monster. I can't describe this piece of ---- any other way!
That sweet boy will never be the same again. God bless him and his poor mother. I am so very sorry that this happened. It shouldn't have have happened! This slimeball was deemed an extremely sexually dangerous person that needed to stay in jail, but a judge let him free. How many times have we heard stories like these? It is unacceptable!
Luckily, he was caught and his offenses could cost him life in prison. The key word is could. I will monitor this case closely and let you know what happens.

Girl, all I can say is that I strongly agree with you. Let us know when you find anything else out..
I can't get this poor little boy out of my head. :(
What's horrible is that I'm shocked by this, yet not. Because you're right. It happens time and time and time again, and still these evil creatures are sent back into society.
Praise God the little boy wasn't murdered - I hope real justice will be done to the monster! :-(
I once saw a report that the library is #1 for lued behavior by sex offenders. Most parents of older children drop their kids off to do homework, research, etc. and feel they are "safe" doing their school work...not so. It's a well known place for these sick people to wait in bathrooms, stairwells, etc. A friend of mine this past summer let her two daughters (4 & 5) join the summer rec. program that was at our local Library and also at the park there...I refused to let Mandy do this because of the offenders that lurk around these places. She thought I was over reacting....I'm glad I do!!! It makes me so mad when I get e-mails about new offenders that live nearby (I belong to a mailing list website) and I see most of them have served less than a year, meanwhile, if you write a bad check you can spend YEARS in jail....makes no sense!!! It's a very "Hot" topic for me...can you tell!!!! I think if you are found guilty of rape or any kind of sexual misconduct you should have a scarlett letter on them...they are a plague in our communities. I understand there are some offenders that maybe dated a girl when they were 19/20 and the girl lied and said she was 18...turns out she was only 13....girls lie at that age...I'm not talking about those cases but the ones that hurt chilren....you know right from wrong...bottom line! Okay...I can get carried away with this hot button...sorry...I'm done venting!
Amen Patty!
